An altar server candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

• Candidates should have made their First Communion.
• Candidates should have a desire to increase their prayer life.
• Candidates become servers when they reach 5th grade and up.
• Candidates are expected to serve as part of a team. 
• Candidates should be willing to serve in front of people.
